Fitness & Exercise Programs

ASH fitness programs are designed to encourage members to improve their health through regular exercise and better overall fitness. All ASH fitness programs feature a national network of more than 15,000 fitness clubs and exercise centers, as well as robust Internet tools, and more. Programs include:

• Silver&Fit^® —an exercise and healthy aging program for Medicare beneficiaries and group retirees that provides unique, evidence-based fitness and health education activities, including a no-cost or low-cost membership at a participating fitness facility or home fitness program.
• Silver&Fit Affinity™—a unique discount affinity fitness and education program can be offered as a core program or supplemental group retiree rider for Medicare plans, with different services and price points from which to choose.
• Active&Fit^® —a comprehensive exercise and fitness program for commercial plans, featuring a no-cost or low-cost membership at a participating fitness facility or a home fitness program, as well as self-care online tools, an online newsletter, and more.
  
  

Specialty Provider Benefit Administration (Complementary Health Care)

ASH and its subsidiaries have more than two decades of experience managing effective and efficient networks and benefit administration programs for complementary health care and physical medicine services. ASH contracts and credentials its own network of more than 25,000 providers of chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, dietetic counseling, naturopathy, and physical therapy/occupational therapy.

ASH has the flexibility to mix and match its capabilities to meet your needs, whether fully delegated and at-risk programs or simply limited administrative services. These programs can help reduce the number of unnecessary office visits, X-rays, and physical medicine modalities and procedures, thus reducing costs for health plans or employers, while managing quality.
