Member Rights and Responsibilities

American Specialty Health recognizes the specific needs of members and maintains a mutually respectful relationship with its members. State mandates, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, or specific health plan delegation agreements may require modification to the Members’ Rights and Responsibilities Program for compliance. Where this occurs, the Members’ Rights and Responsibilities Program will be modified and approved as applicable.
