ASH Networks Introduction

American Specialty Health Networks, Inc. (ASH Networks) is the nation's leading specialty benefits organization for complementary health care and is creating a lifestyle and wellness initiative. We are expanding our focus on fitness and wellness with the continued development of a network of exercise centers, fitness clubs, and personal trainers throughout the nation. ASH Networks is a benchmark in the creation of benefit plans others have not yet begun to think of offering. ASH Networks continues to strive to stay one step in front of the others to offer more options, benefits and opportunities to our health plan and employer group clients.

These pages contain everything you need to become a Contracted Center with ASH Networks. You will find the Application, Agreement, and instructions for the items you need to return. Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time.

The Return Checklist will guide you through the materials that need to be filled out and submitted back to ASH Networks for us to begin the contracting process.
